Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Treydu SASU ("Treydu", "we", "us") collects and processes personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We are committed to handling your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD) and applicable French data-protection law.
Data controller
The data controller is Treydu SASU. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at sebdut@treydu.com.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you provide: when you email us, or (if enabled) submit a contact form — your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Scheduling data: when you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, chosen time and any details you add.
- Technical data: basic, aggregated information from our host's server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages requested) and, if analytics are later enabled, anonymised usage statistics.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data. Please do not send sensitive personal information through these channels.
2. How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to schedule and hold a call.
- To provide and improve our advisory services and this website.
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of the site.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — e.g. when you choose to contact us or book a call, and for any non-essential analytics cookies.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — e.g. responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where we are required to retain certain records.
4. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — typically up to three years after our last contact — unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting obligations). You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only as instructed:
- Calendly — scheduling (United States).
- Microsoft — email and mailbox hosting (Microsoft 365 / Outlook).
- OVH — website hosting (European Union / France).
- If enabled: Formspree — contact-form delivery (United States).
6. International transfers
Some providers (such as Calendly) are located outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email sebdut@treydu.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
8. Cookies & analytics
This site uses only what is necessary to function. The embedded Calendly scheduler may set cookies when you interact with it. If we add analytics in future, we will use a privacy-respecting solution and update this policy and any cookie notice accordingly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
